FF-57 and Fatherhood Friday #20

“You’re just like everyone else,” she said, hurt.
“Is this about us?” he asked. “I’ve apologized. I know I was partly to blame. What more can I do? Do you want me to say that I miss you? Or that I think about you?”
“I don’t want you to say anything. It isn’t about us.”

Really no explanation for this one and it definitely doesn't tie in with my Fatherhood Friday. lol Flash Fiction is brought to you by the G-Man. If you feel like playing along, simply create a story using exactly 55 words, pop over to his place, and let him know you've posted. Easy Peasy, right? Check out all the other great 55s while you're there. :)

Though I am a stay-at-home mom, I sometimes feel like I spread myself thin. When the girls are in school I am helping with cheer and any other school function that I can. I also have to be the chauffeur for three kids. I often wonder how it will be if I finally go to school full time. I've already told myself that I will need to do work, even before it's assigned, just to keep up.

I had my first quiz in History on Wednesday. I wanted to get all 15 questions right, but I know that I did not. The reason? I was too tired to properly study. There were some pages in the chapter that required me to read over three times! Now if I can't get into some proper time management skills (as I mentioned last week) or at the very least come up with a good study plan, how do I expect my girls to follow suit? Are we not the role model? Maybe that is why they clutter up their rooms. I often can't be arsed to organize anything in my home. There are lot of days where my house gets neglected. I'm tired of the mess and disorganization, but I can't seem to do anything about it.

By the way, it's only the second week. How the hell will I get through the rest of the school year? lol
