One of my girls' and my favorite snacks to have around the house is yogurt. Yesterday, I had a chance to pick up Yoplait Fiber One yogurt(vanilla and strawberry) at my local Safeway store. The vanilla was delicious and tasted almost like a custard. I couldn't tell it was fat free! The strawberry Yoplait Fiber One yogurt is made with real strawberries which is a plus, because my girls HAVE to have yogurt with real fruit. I loved that it was a smaller serving, 4oz versus 6oz, than the standard yogurt containers, because I never seem to finish the larger ones. It's also just the right size to throw into the kids' lunches. :0)
